Thortrium V3 software radically improves on the mapping function from V2. Mapping has been rebuilt and now adds the ability to set lines purpose and content. Isolation details have been expanded to include Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument Isolation Management.

Enhancements and additions in Thortrium V3
Lines by Content
The Thortrium system not only displays the individual line details and content on the identified system but it also automatically links to any associated Valves, Flanges and Blinds, as well as the ability to add Piping details and instrumentation.
Vessels
The Thortrium system intuitively recognises the individual vessel details on the identified system and is instrumental in vessel inspection both internal and external.
Flanges
Thortrium tags all Flanges to a barcode to contain all relevent Colour coded Flange and Joint information to clearly show this critical information when needed most. Version 3 now automatically inherits line content from the parent line.
Valves Now with 80+ versions
Thortrium tags all valves in the system to allow for full and fast retrieval of all essential information including full history reports. Version 3 now graphically displays over 80 types of Valves on your drawings.
Blinds
Identify system boundaries and Optimise Blinding Shedules unique by using Thortriums intuative numbered “barcoded” blinds. Version 3 now graphically displays all types of blinds.
TLRs
Temporay leak repairs normally go un-noticed and un-managed on site which is now a thing of the past using Thortriums TLR highlighted register.
Locks and Registers
An added feature of Version 3 now includes the availability to manage Locks and registers within Isolations and Deisolations. This is all displayed on live P&ID drawings.
Isolated Drawings
Isolations in Version 3 has expanded to include Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument Isolations. Drawings have been improved to provide operators with all details in the proximity while making the identified Isolation Area much clearer.
Locks and Registers
Version 3 now includes the ability to manage Instrumentation either directly on lines or when they are attached to components or other pieces of equipment.
HOW DO WE DO THIS?
We deliver ALL information segmented by Site, Plant, System, (linked by P&ID drawings) and incorporating all information right down to granular detail on Bolting, Torque, Materials, Gaskets and revision dates by operator to one robust Zone 1 Tablet device.
PreWork
Thortriums Pre work Application can provide visability, time date and stamp on, Scaffold built, insulation removal,trace heating (if required) removal and recording.
Isolations
Systematically Design, Issue and Approve dynamic Isolations as part of your Lock out and tag out program, in accoradance with your Permit to Work system. Now Expanded to include Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical Isolations.
Work Executions
Execute with Verification sign off that work have been completed on location (inc GPS), saving time and money. Report in real time actions and results of work carried out at the work face.
Testing
Testing Flange colour coded joints with verification and QA/QC package on site before deisolations can take place. Systematic control of testing is now a reality.
Deisolations
The Thortrium platform allows Engineers and Managers schedule de-isolations against the same assets used for isolations thus allowing for complete visibility and management of on-site assets.

Manage the removal of Scaffold built, trace heating and insulation reinstallation.
